Salada exótica com crouton de ciabata e queijo de cabra
Salada: alface baby frisée, rúcula selvagem, flor comestível, broto de rabanete, queijo de cabra e crouton de ciabata (temperado com azeite, alecrim, sal, alho e azeite - assado por 20-30 min).
